CMS Contribution Level Classification System
This system represents the framework adopted within the CMS Defense Initiative to define contribution levels and to classify research, cognitive, and skills-based capabilities.
It is designed to leverage various types of capabilities within the research effort outside academic bureaucracy, with a focus on the actual value of the contribution and its ability to support development and defense studies.
The system also relies on The Main Core as the foundational methodology, which focuses on developing learning methods themselves.
The system is based on three primary levels :
Military Level
Research
Skills Level
The objective is to mobilize and direct resources and skills, and to establish a standard capable of measuring the true value of the contribution within the research ecosystem.

يمثل هذا النظام الإطار المعتمد داخل مبادرة CMS Defense لتحديد مستويات المساهمة،
وتصنيف القدرات والمهارات البحثية والمعرفية .
وهو مصمم للاستفادة من مختلف أنواع القدرات ضمن الجهد البحثي خارج البيروقراطية الأكاديمية، مع التركيز على القيمة الفعلية للمساهمة وقدرتها على دعم التطوير والدراسات الدفاعية.
ويعتمد النظام أيضًا على The Main Core بوصفها المنهجية الأساسية، والتي تركز على تطوير أساليب التعلم في حد ذاتها.
