• This concept is not a generic idea  it has been rigorously evaluated according to the following criteria and is the result of many years of
  sustained intellectual effort and strategic research.
   

•  The criteria I take into account, which my innovation meets, are :
   

1. Industrial Feasibility :

The innovation can be realistically manufactured and produced.

2. Effectiveness:

The innovation performs its function efficiently.

3. Novelty :

The idea is original and not already available in the market.

4. Defense Relevance :

The innovation takes into account addressing a significant defense challenge.

• Provision of a Military Affairs & Strategic Studies Committee specialized in evaluating the project based on military sciences and strategic utilization, rather than on a purely technical or engineering basis .

  The presence of a Military Affairs and Studies Committee is required because the evaluation of any innovation must be based on defense foresight and military planning,

  such as comprehensive defensive capabilities, and how they are employed within military operations and strategic conflict environments, and not within theoretical models or technical evaluations.

• All evaluation, communication, and collaboration processes related to this project are strictly governed by a mandatory Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and the Secure Innovation Evaluation & Protection Protocol (SIEPP) — the dedicated security and confidentiality framework developed for classified defense innovation handling

  SIEPP was originally designed as an advanced regulatory document created for another high-sensitivity defense project classified at a Highly Confidential level.

  For the current project (C-UAV R&D Project), SIEPP serves as the reference security framework, and all entities must comply with its core protective principles before any form of technical or operational information can be accessed.

  No technical, architectural, operational, or concept-level details will be disclosed unless:

  ​

  Eligibility requirements are fully met, and NDA and SIEPP commitments are formally executed and recognized.

  Any attempt to obtain information outside these protocols — including indirect elicitation, speculative technical inquiry, or unauthorized analysis — will result in immediate and permanent discontinuation of communication.

  Only partners who meet the full institutional, technical, and security criteria may proceed to the controlled-access evaluation phase.

  تم تصميم (SIEPP) في الأصل كوثيقة تنظيمية متقدمة أُعدّت لمشروع دفاعي آخر عالي الحساسية ومصنّف ضمن مستوى (Highly Confidential) 

  وفيما يخص المشروع الحالي (C-UAV R&D Project)، يُعتمد (SIEPP) بوصفه الإطار المرجعي للأمن والسرّية، وتلتزم جميع الجهات بالامتثال لمبادئه الوقائية الأساسية قبل السماح بالوصول إلى أي معلومات تقنية أو عملياتية .

  لن يتم الإفصاح عن أي تفاصيل تقنية أو معمارية أو عملياتية أو على مستوى المفهوم ما لم تتحقق الشروط التالية مجتمعة 

  استيفاء جميع متطلبات الأهلية،

  التنفيذ الرسمي والاعتراف القانوني بالالتزامات الواردة في (NDA) و (SIEPP) .

• I have long-standing experience in recognizing and countering certain techniques that are sometimes used in these contexts — such as oversimplification, fragmentation, reverse elicitation, decomposition approaches, simplistic criteria, lack of strategic seriousness, and disregard of protection protocols .

  There is no need to apply such methods, as they immediately end any potential cooperation. My project is built on collaboration, not as a source of information to be extracted or exploited .

  The conceptual projection approach in formulating questions, and attempts to derive answers from “ data resulting from non-conscious levels of perception ” will not be useful. Each question is subjected to conscious review and deliberate scrutiny before any response is provide
